As you may have heard, California Sea Lion pups have been stranding themselves on beaches all along our coast, from San Diego to Santa Barbara. With the help of Pacific Marine Mammal Center in Laguna Beach, over 130 of these precious "sea dogs" have been rescued and are being rehabilitated back to health. However, they are in need of two specific items to help them through what they are calling a State of Emergency. They are seeking Liquid Tide HE and Unflavored Pedialyte. So, beginning Monday, April 1st and running through Sunday, April 7th there will be a collection drive for these items. You may drop these items off at either Pacific Marine Mammal Center in Laguna Beach or at Irvine Animal Care Center in Irvine.
